Loralyze provides AI-powered tools to generate videos from static images using motion templates. Our service is intended for adult users (18+) and allows certain adult content under strict conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Loralyze. By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You are not prohibited from using this service under applicable laws
• Your use complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

3. Acceptable Use Policy

3.1 Permitted Content

You may use Loralyze to create:

• Videos using images of yourself
• Videos using images of others with their explicit, documented consent
• Videos using AI-generated images that do not depict real people
• Videos using properly licensed stock images
• Adult content (NSFW) involving consenting adults, properly tagged
• Artistic and creative content for personal or commercial use

3.2 Strictly Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content depicting minors in sexual situations, regardless of whether the minor is real or fictional
• Non-consensual intimate imagery: Creating sexual or intimate content of real individuals without their explicit consent (commonly known as "deepfakes")
• Revenge porn: Content created or shared with intent to harass, harm, or humiliate
• Identity fraud: Content intended to impersonate others for fraudulent purposes
• Illegal content: Any content that violates local, state, national, or international law
• Violence and gore: Extreme violence, torture, or graphic content intended to shock or disturb
• Bestiality: Sexual content involving animals
• Terrorism and extremism: Content promoting terrorist activities or violent extremism
• Hate speech: Content promoting hatred against protected groups

3.3 Consent Requirements

For any content featuring identifiable real persons (other than yourself):

• You must have explicit written consent from the individual
• Consent must be documented and retained for the duration of your use
• You must be able to provide proof of consent upon request
• For adult/NSFW content, consent must specifically cover such use
• Consent can be withdrawn at any time, requiring immediate content removal

4. Content Moderation

We employ both automated systems and human review to detect prohibited content:

• Uploaded images may be scanned for prohibited content
• We may review generated content for policy violations
• We cooperate with law enforcement regarding illegal content
• We report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
• We reserve the right to remove any content without notice

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using our service, subject to:

• Our license to host and process your content

5.2 Templates

Templates created and shared publicly grant other users a license to use them for generation. You retain authorship credit. Private templates remain exclusively yours.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Creating or uploading prohibited content
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of our systems or other users
• At our sole discretion for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or quality of generated content
• Suitability for any particular purpose
• That the service will meet your expectations

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LORALYZE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loralyze, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
